The Landings and The Landings Estates

The Landings and Landings Estates are guard-gated single family home communities located in Parkland, Florida.  The neighborhoods features single family homes ranging in size from about 2800 to 4,800 square feet with 4-7 bedrooms and most homes have private pools. The Landings Estates features larger homes on larger lots.  The community started to be built in 1991 and several prominent home builders contributed to the beautiful architecture.  There are a total of 251 homes combines in both Landings communities accessible by three manned gates.

Residents at The Landings enjoy using the many recreational amenities located within the community in an area referred to as “amenity island”, including the large park with playground, picnic and bbq area, jogging trail, tennis, volleyball and basketball. Located within the boundaries of Broward County, this affluent community is part of the Miami-Fort Lauderdale-Pompano Beach Metropolitan Statistical Area. Despite being situated in the midst of a highly urbanized area, Parkland, with its zoning laws and ordinances and 10 public parks, has managed to keep its identity as a peaceful park-like community. Parkland, FL is a short distance away from Boca Raton, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, and Fort Lauderdale.
