The Cove

The Cove on the Intracoastal Waterway in Deerfield Beach, Florida is an established single family home community that has been in existence since the late 1950s.   The Cove area features over 1000 private residences with many different styles of homes from 1960s ranch homes to luxury modern estate homes. Because the area is surrounded by 20 finger canals off the Intracoastal Waterways, many of the homes enjoy spectacular views of glistening waterways from almost every window.
