Condominium association fees include on site management, cable, common area, elevators, building insurance, lawn care, exterior maintenance, pest control, pool service, roof maintenance, 24 hour security, sewer, water, trash, legal/accounting, and reserves.

Residents can step onto the beach, walk to Deerfield Beach Pier or take a short drive to Mizner Park and Royal Palm Plaza in downtown Boca Raton in South Palm Beach County.
