Olympia

Olympia is a luxury resort style community located on 240 acres in Wellington, located in west Palm Beach County, Florida. Olympia is a single-family homes community that began construction by Minto homes in 2002 and concluded in 2015. Olympia has almost 1,800 single family homes and estate homes, which are divided into 17 Villages. Homes sizes range from 1800 – 5700+ livable square feet. The Villages include Brydon, Cooper, Danforth, Easton, Hamblin, Merriweather, Payson, Postley, Phipps, Scribner, Shaughnessy, Shepard, Stotesbury, Thomson, Treaner, Waburton, Widener and Woodworth.

Olympia features a private Mediterranean-styled clubhouse is the focal point of the community. Lake Olympia sits in the center of this Wellington FL community and has over 100 acres. Besides the main guard gated entrance located on the south side of Forest Hill Boulevard east of 441 (SR-7) there are also three additional gated entrances into Olympia, one on the east side of 441 (SR-7), one on the north side of Stribling Way and another one on the west side of Lyons Road.
