Jupiter Inlet Colony, Florida is a small town located at the Southernmost point of Jupiter Island, Florida.  The town is surrounded by water including the Jupiter Inlet.  All owners have beach access and there are several direct ocean homes located directly on the sand in Palm Beach County.  The Jupiter Inlet Colony Beach Club and Jib Club Marina are also located within the town.  Boat slips are occasionally available for purchase at the marina.  The town has its own police force and in 2016 it was voted the safest town in Florida and the 4th most desirable place to live in Florida.

The Town government consists of an elected Mayor and four elected Town Commissioners.  The Town Administration Building is located at the entrance to the community, at 50 Colony Road, and is housed in the same building as the Town’s Police Department.

The Jupiter Inlet Colony features 235 fabulous custom built single family homes that are considered to be some of the areas most desirable real estate. These homes come in a variety of styles that range in size from 1,600 square feet of living area to over 6,000 square feet of living area.  The community is reminiscent of Old Florida beach communities. The Intracoastal lots have wonderful views of the Jupiter Lighthouse and have large expansive rear yards. They are the crown jewels of Jupiter Inlet Colony.  It is a very quiet and quaint beachfront community with two walking paths to your private beach.  The community has a beach club that sits on the Jupiter Inlet and consists of a large club for events and a tennis court. A small area on the Intracoastal is roped off where several residents sit at on the sandbar at low tide and enjoy the parade of boats going through the inlet.
