Four Seasons at Delray Beach is a 24/7 gated 55+ active adult community.  Formerly known as Tivoli Isles and  started in 2005 by Devco Homes.  the community was renamed to Four Seasons in 2011 when K. Hovnanian acquired the project and completed it. Four Seasons has only resales available today. In addition to the original Tivoli Isles residences  whose floor plans range from 1,907 to 2,980 square feet of living space that are available for sale, K. Hovnanian introduced 10 new floor plans to the community ranging in size from 1,700 square feet to just over 3,800 livable square feet.

The 10,000 square-foot clubhouse features a variety of social, hobby and fitness areas. The social areas include a catering kitchen, a  ballroom, two card rooms, library, and billiards lounge with a bar. Crafty residents can pursue their activities with others at the communal arts and crafts room. There is  also a full-time on-site lifestyle coordinator to ensure resident’s social calendars are bursting with things to do. In addition, residents regularly participate in movie nights, tennis tournaments, circuit training, yoga, water aerobics and a needlecraft club.

Home owner association fees in remains low and includes 24-hour manned gated security, maintenance of all common areas, full-time social director, lawn maintenance, and basic cable television.

Four Seasons is located in Palm Beach County, Florida, just north of the intersection of U.S. 441 and Atlantic Avenue on the west side of Delray Beach.  Four Seasons is within minutes of beaches and downtown Delray.   Downtown Delray Beach offers a multitude of boutiques, galleries, dining establishments from casual to five star, and cafes.

In addition, this thriving area offers ample golf courses, diverse performing art venues, serene gardens, educational museums and a multitude of theaters.
