Construction of Bellaggio began in 2001 and ended in 2004, when all 1,099 single-family homes were completed. Two builders, Ansca Homes and Levitt and Sons, developed this 55 and over community, which is situated on 560 acres and offers tranquil surroundings. Homes are available on a resale-only basis, and may have large back yards, beautiful tile or hardwood floors, or built-in spas.

Ansca Homes offered 16 models ranging from 1,624 to 2,920 square feet of living space. These models have two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Residents love these homes for their open floor plans and low-maintenance exteriors.

Levitt & Sons offered 12 models offering 1,670 to 2,588 square feet of living space with two or three bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. Some of the great features of these homes include eat-in kitchens and covered rear patios perfect for entertaining guests.

Residents at Bellaggio enjoy living in modern, well-designed homes with outstanding amenities in a pristine setting.
