Atlantic Grove is a mixed-use development of condominiums and townhomes located in the downtown area of Delray Beach, Florida. The community was developed in 2004 as a residential and retail mixed-use project with townhouses, condominiums, retail, and office space. Atlantic Grove is one of the first successful projects to be constructed west of Swinton Avenue on Atlantic Avenue. The community begins just three blocks west of Swinton Avenue and adjacent to the famous Delray Beach Bull Bar.
