Valencia Palms,  in Delray Beach, Florida  is the fifth Valencia active adult  (55+) community by GL Homes in Palm Beach County. Valencia Palms was constructed between 2005 and 2007 and  offers over 625 upscale homes with 2, 3, and 4 bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,800 to 3,500+ square feet. The community is divided into three different collections; Signature Collection with zero lot lines, Crown Collection with standard lots, and Royal Collection with estate lots.
